Dr Kim Manning, Medical Hypnotherapist, in Michigan and is well known in the USA
for giving comprehensive lectures. Kim is an accredited trainer (British) National
Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists and international speaker.
Dr David Kato is a Clinical Hypnotherapist / Psycho-Analyst / Behavioural Therapist
at the Bristol Hypnotherapy Depression Clinic. David is an accredited trainer with
the NRAH an international speaker, and is an adjunct professor at Alpha University
in Louisiana.
